At Billiard Hub, your satisfaction is our priority. We sell brand new billiard equipment and accessories shipped worldwide. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to make it right.

1 Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

  • Returned within 30 days of delivery
  • Item is unused and in original condition
  • Original packaging and tags intact
  • Defective or damaged on arrival
  • Wrong item received
  • Item significantly not as described

❌ Not Eligible for Return

  • Items returned after 30 days
  • Used, assembled, or installed items
  • Items with removed tags or damaged packaging
  • Custom or personalized products
  • Items marked as "Final Sale"
  • Gift cards

2 How to Start a Return

Starting a return is simple. Follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us Within 30 Days Email us at support@mybilliardhub.com, call us, or reach out via WhatsApp or live chat with your order number and reason for return.
  2. Receive Your Return Label We'll email you a prepaid return shipping label within 1–2 business days. Return shipping is completely free — on us.
  3. Pack & Ship Your Item Securely pack the item in its original packaging (if possible) and attach the prepaid label. Drop it off at the designated carrier location.
  4. We Inspect & Process Once we receive your return, our team inspects the item within 2–3 business days and initiates your refund or exchange.

Refunds are issued to your original payment method. Please note that your bank or card provider may take additional time to post the credit to your account.

💡 Please Note: If you paid by credit card, the refund will appear on your next billing statement. If you paid via PayPal or similar, the refund is typically instant once processed on our end.

4 Exchanges

Prefer an exchange instead of a refund? No problem. We offer free exchanges on all eligible returns.

  • Contact us with your order number and the item you'd like instead
  • We'll confirm availability and ship your replacement once the return is received
  • If there's a price difference, we'll charge or refund accordingly
  • Exchanges ship via the same method as your original order

5 Damaged or Defective Items

We take great care in packaging every order, but if your item arrives damaged or defective, please:

  • Take photos of the item and packaging before discarding anything
  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@mybilliardhub.com
  • We will arrange a free replacement or full refund — no return required in most cases
⚡ Priority handling: Damaged or defective item claims are treated as priority and resolved within 24–48 hours of reporting.

6 International Orders

We ship worldwide and honor our 30-day return policy for all international customers. However, please note:

  • International return shipping is covered by us via prepaid label where available
  • For regions where prepaid labels are not available, we will reimburse reasonable return shipping costs
  • Customs duties and import taxes paid on original delivery are non-refundable
  • International refunds may take slightly longer due to bank processing times
