At Billiard Hub, we work hard to get your order packed and on its way as fast as possible. Below you'll find everything you need to know about how we ship, delivery times, and what to expect after you place your order.
1 Order Processing
We process and dispatch orders the same day they are placed, provided the order is received before our daily dispatch cutoff. Orders placed after the cutoff or on weekends and public holidays will be processed the next business day.
⚡ Same-Day Dispatch: Place your order before our daily cutoff time and we'll have it packed and handed to the carrier the very same day. You'll receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order ships.
- Orders are processed Monday – Friday, excluding US public holidays
- You will receive an order confirmation email immediately after purchase
- A shipping confirmation with tracking number is sent once dispatched
2 Shipping Rates
We offer free shipping on all qualifying orders over $999. For orders below this threshold, shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location, order weight, and selected delivery speed.

4 Order Tracking
Every order placed at Billiard Hub is fully tracked from dispatch to your door.
- A tracking number is emailed to you as soon as your order ships
- Use the tracking number on the carrier's website (UPS, FedEx, or DHL) to monitor your delivery
- Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to appear after dispatch
- If you haven't received a tracking email within 1 business day, please check your spam folder or contact us

5 International Shipping
We ship to customers in over 100 countries worldwide. Please be aware of the following when ordering internationally:
- Customs & Import Duties: International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, or taxes levied by your country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our prices or shipping fees.
- Customs Delays: Occasionally, packages may be held by customs for inspection. This is outside our control and may extend delivery times beyond the estimates shown.
- Restricted Items: Some billiard products may be restricted or require additional documentation in certain countries. We'll notify you if this affects your order.
- Address Accuracy: Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for packages lost due to incorrect addresses.
6 Lost or Damaged in Transit
While rare, packages can occasionally be lost or damaged during shipping. Here's what to do:
- Damaged package: Take photos of the box and item before unpacking further, then contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@mybilliardhub.com
- Lost package: If your tracking shows "delivered" but you haven't received your order, contact us within 5 days and we will open an investigation with the carrier
- We will arrange a replacement or refund for verified lost or damaged shipments at no cost to you
⚡ Priority support: Lost and damaged shipment claims are handled as a priority. Contact us and we'll resolve it within 24–48 hours.
