Phenolic is one of the strongest and most stable materials available for cue-making. C4+ adds a Uni-Loc® pin encased in a Phenolic core and also replaces other wooden components on the backside for greater stability and lifetime concentricity.

Added strength from the Phenolic drastically reduces moving parts, giving C4+ the most solid feel an inlayed cue can have.
